Carefully Designed.      In August of 2000, Dr. Jerry Zelm attended an art fair in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. As he observed the various exhibits, he couldn't help but notice the chairs the artists were sitting on. "Most of the chairs offered little or no support, and the ergonomics were terrible." Dr. Zelm's thirty year background in Chiropractic led him to do a little survey. "Almost all of the artists I interviewed admitted that these chairs were very uncomfortable." When Zelm mentioned the possibility of developing a more comfortable chair, they were quick to offer him their business cards.
